You have a Masters Degree in Nursing or related area and are licensed as an RN in the state of Arizona.  You have at least three (3) years of recent acute care facility or experience as an education coordinator/instructor in a healthcare environment. Through educational endeavors, this position influences quality patient care, promotes interdepartmental teamwork, enhances staff development, and participates in retention and recruitment activities. You will evaluate educational needs of the nursing staff, developing educational programs and in-services.Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Arizona (or have the ability to gain this licensure).  Preference will be given to candidates with a Masters degree.  Candidates must have at least three (3) years of recent acute care facility or experience as an education coordinator/instructor in healthcare environment.
