Innovation, Family Preservation, Success…A career with IFCS! Position Summary: Family Centered Specialist positions are currently available in our Raleigh and Durham offices. We are seeking licensed or provisionally licensed in-home Family Counselors to help assist local families in need. IFCS is a CABHA approved agency.Key Responsibilities: Clinical Service Delivery The primary services are to be provided via direct involvement with the client and other family members. The Family Centered Specialist is required to provide family preservation services or assessments. Documentation and Recording*Provide the required contact/daily reporting data, reports, plans of service or treatment, and court reports, etc, on time and in a form that meets the needs of the family, referring agency and the requirements of IFCS. Collateral Relationships *Build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring/collateral agencies. Individual Supervision and Team/Peer Supervision*Participate in individual and team supervision as scheduled – usually weekly.
