A large OBGYN practice in the Medical Center is looking for Practice Administrator. The Practice Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 23 OBGYN Generalist practice. They will be overseeing about 60 staff members as well as the 23 Physicians. This position will work in collaboration with the Physicians and our Executive Team to develop business objectives, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor financial performance and implement strategic direction of the practice. Monday through Friday, hours are typical 8am-5pm but may run over to 5:30pm or even 6pm.  Position reports to the COO. The Practice Administrator will be handling staffing, supply ordering, customer complaints as well as managing the financial department and ensuring that they are posting charges correctly.The qualified applicant will have five or more years of health care management experience with a large medical practice. MUST have 5 years of OBGYN experience. Knowledge of healthcare, physician issues, financial analysis and reporting are required. MBA OR MHA is a plus. Must have at least an Associates degree, but a Bachelors is highly preferred.Benefits are awesome!
