You will develop and execute marketing plans, business management analysis, and provide input on the strategic direction of the brand.  You will support the Senior Brand Manager by leading the development and execution of marketing plans that will enable the brand to set and execute a plan to meet its volume targets, share targets and overall business objectives.  You will analyze the business and competitive environment on a continual basis, using strong data and sound judgment to make recommendations to the brand team for ways to better meet short and long-term business goals.  You will lead cross-functional teams needed to achieve the key brand initiatives. This will involve defining the objectives for the initiatives and managing the team, timelines and resources needed.Candidates must have a B.A. or B.S.  Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA.  Must have at least five (5) years related experience.  Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in package good and/or healthcare marketing.  Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).  Strong preference will be given to candidates with basic capabilities in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).  Must have strong communication, technical, and critical thinking skills.Competitive compensation and full benefits.
