Social & Scientific Systems, Inc. (SSS), a company dedicated to improving public health around the world, is looking for a dedicated bilingual Senior Health Analyst to provide business operations support including development of cost estimates for protocols; monthly review and tracking of invoice submissions and costs; and oversight of meeting and conference support activities. Duties include:•        Develop cost estimates and contract work plans •        Track contract deliverables •        Develop statements of work (SOWs) and funding plans for subcontractors •        Oversee subcontractors and reviews monthly invoice submissions from subcontractors•        Work with sites and contracts staff to track status of task orders•        Serve as the primary liaison between SSS and investigators and staff at clinical research sites •        Participate in site visits to the clinical research sites in order to assess the infrastructure, resource, and training capabilities needed to conduct NIRC clinical trialsThe successful applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred.  A minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility in managing projects or implementing clinical trials, research or biomedical training programs is required. All applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.  Experience working with MS Office Suite and Access databases is required.  Travel requirements up to 25%, possibility of international travel. This position is based in our Silver Spring, MD office.
