We seek candidates for the role of Talent Acquisition Partner | Recruiter. In this role you will b responsible for executing and managing the sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding process to ensure that sufficient, quality candidates are available to fill open positions now and in the future. You will serve as a liaison to educational institutions and the general public to promote healthcare careers for students and others. You will work closely with key hospital personnel to develop recruiting strategies based off of a workforce plan and implement an appropriate recruitment plan for key positions. You will track and report specific human resources and/or financial data in order to make evidence-based decisions will be a key aspect in the successful performance of this position.Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of "hands on" recruiting experience (internal or external) in human resources. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have recruitment experience in an acute care setting or other healthcare environment.
