Medical HR LLC ,  IT division, focuses on supporting hospitals and clinics with IT professionals for their technology, clinical processes, and operational systems. Experience with Cerner, Epic, All scripts or McKesson is required.We are looking to add business development consultants with sales experience in healthcare IT staff augmentation and consulting.  Responsibilities:Promote Medical HR Consultants services to clients by implementing appropriate marketing techniques within the Healthcare IT industry.Call prospective clients through lead generation, networking, and other means.Establish visits with clients to build a trusting relationship.Assess client’s needs and identify and produce consulting, projects and staffing (contract, contract to hire and direct placement) opportunities/openings with clients relating to the Healthcare IT industry.Work with client to define interview process, arrange scheduling, execute contracts, candidate follow up, etc.Work closely with recruiting team in efforts as related to candidate activities. Requirements:o        This is a startup role with a new division of a 16 year old successful healthcare staffing and recruiting firm.  You must have the energy, enthusiasm and business savvy to succeed in an entrepreneurial and results driven culture.  5+ years of experience selling healthcare IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation and Direct Hire solutions to clientso        Strong proficiency in technology skills, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.o        Leadership experience and the potential to build a national practice is a plus.o        Dynamic and polished communicator.o        Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.o        Aggressively look for consulting, project and contract or direct hire opportunities and sustain regular contact with clients and improve client retention.We offer a professional, entrepreneurial work environment, and  lead generation support, a well-developed database of prospects, and a very lucrative compensation plan For immediate consideration please submit a detailed resume and cover letter to Careers@MedicalHR.net  Reference Healthcare IT in the subject line.Thank you for considering career opportunities with Medical HR LLC, Medical HR LLC is an equal opportunity employer M/H/V
