We seek candidates for the role of Medical Product Services Specialist. In this role you will serve as a member of the Medical Communications call center. You will provide a first interface and single point of contact for incoming medical and product inquiries. You will collect sensitive personal, medical, and regulatory data and must be appropriately qualified, trained, and compliant with company corporate, departmental, legal and regulatory requirements. You will receive, record, and process medical information inquiries from Health Care Professionals (HCP), patients, and other consumers and provide written and/or verbal information in response to these inquiries. You will use professional and technical knowledge and training to determine when matters need escalation to other personnel or functional areas. You will identify, collect, and record adverse event and product quality complaint reports in accordance with company legal and regulatory requirements. You will interpret the medical or product inquiries based on professional experience and training, and ensure that the most appropriate standard response is used to handle the inquiry.Candidates must have a professional healthcare degree such as a Pharm.D.
