You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and have at least three (3) years of E-learning design and development experience.  You have strong proficiency Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Action Script 2/3 (AS2/AS3), Dreamweaver, Crystal Enterprise and Toolbook.  You have experience in instructional design, course development, and /or human performance technology.
