A large lab in Houston is looking for a Phlebotomist Service Center Supervisor. This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. We have been working with this premiere client for over 3 years. Direct hire position.Must have strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Prefer 1-2 years experience in a clinical lab setting Must have 2 years supervisory experience, preferably over multiple sites Must have 3-5 years phlebotomy experience Must have strong MS Word and Excel skills Must have HS diplomaSupervises the activities of 20-25 Patient Service Technicians and the operations of Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures. Skill Requirements: Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills. Prefer 1-2 years experience in a clinical lab setting Must have 2 years supervisory experience, preferably over multiple sites Must have 3-5 years phlebotomy experience Must have strong MS Word and Excel skills License/Certification/Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred w/1-3 years of experience in related field.  Normally requires a Valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record.
