Solo Psychiatrist office is looking for a Front Desk receptionist that has experience with Medisoft.  Must have a good work ethic, can be on time to work. Must have a minimum of 2 year's experience doing the front desk. Must be mature.  Medisoft software is a must. Prefer someone that has experience in Mental Health but not required. Must be very clean cut, polished and professional. Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm. Dr. sees about 25-30 patients per day. 1 day a week they person will check in patients, otherwise, he/she will call patients and remind them of their appointments, file, data entry in Medisoft and some billing as well. Must have billing experience.Must have a good work ethic, can be on time to work. Must have a minimum of 2 year's experience doing the front desk. Must be mature.  Medisoft software is a must. Prefer someone that has experience in Mental Health but not required. Must be very clean cut, polished and professional. Must have some light billing knowledge as well.
