Family practice that has 3 active clinics is looking for a temporary MA to fill in for 3-4 months for a medical leave. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English; read, write, speak). MA will be doing medical referrals and occasionally helping out in the back office. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The MA will be taking the referrals the provider writes for the patient and setting it up. Clinic has a resource list for the different types of referrals.  Highly prefer referrals experience but not required.Benefits when hired directly:Paid Holidays - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thursdayand Friday of Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, The day afterChristmas, and New Year's EvePTO - 128 hours of PTO a year, accumulated biweekly, for the first 2 yearsof employment, with increases thereafter.Medical Insurance - Paid medical insurance (excluding deductibles & copays)for the employee.  Currently Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  Employee has option tobuy in for family.401K - Matching of up to 3% of salary, with an annual 20% step up vesting.Paid CEUs - Up to $20/per CEU required during the licensure period.No weekends.Must be an MA.
