ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Tao of Wellness is a highly respected Acupuncture Clinic that has been in business for over 20 years. Our company treats many ill patients and helps couples that are faced with fertility issues. We are well known for providing excellent service in a team working environment.

JOB SUMMARY:

Our company is looking for a bright, energetic individual with a pleasant attitude who wants to work in a healing environment, and is flexible. Medical experience is not necessary. Willing to train. One immediate part time position is available from December on. The part time hours are as follows:

Monday's 8:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m., Wednesday's 10:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. and Saturday's 7:30-3:00p.m.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Clerical duties, such as pulling patient files for the following work day, filling back, photocopying, faxing, shipping, retrieving and distributing mail, messages, faxes, etc.

• Computerized appointment scheduling and patient data entry.

• Greeting, checking in and out patients and preparing treatment rooms for patients.

• Answering a multi-lined phone system with heavy call volume. Making appointments and reminder calls for patients.

• Providing administrative support to office staff and doctors as needed.

• Possess a high degree of professionalism, good judgment and enthusiasm in order to achieve the company’s mission, “To provide the highest quality of service to all of our patients”.

• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

• Dependable, hardworking with a positive, team-player attitude.

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner.
