Reliable, intelligent, highly responsible, mature, meticulous, organized, detail oriented, health conscious assistant to help with administration and organization of holistic medical office and retail natural pharmacy: Includes filing, order processing, inventories, errands, office maintenance, shipping, supplies management, patient chart preparation as well as administrative and organizational responsibilities. Also includes performing as an executive and personal assistant and support person. Excellent verbal communication skills and computer skills are required. Must have prior experience in a professional environment with administrative duties, familiar with issues of privacy and confidentiality and highest levels of service. Must know how to be a team player and a support person to a strong high powered physician. Must be on time, detail oriented, meticulous, organized and able to learn quickly. Must be able to work, identify and solve problems and set priorities independently with minimal supervision. Must perform with a high level of excellence and integrity and be committed to producing high quality professional and polished work.
