Alexian Brothers Community Services is seeking an experience Clinical Nurse Manager for its South St. Louis City adult health center clinic.  Key Responsibilities Areas•        Manages the clinic services•        Supervises clinical nursing and paraprofessional staff•        Facilitates weekly at-risk meeting•        Attendance in family conferences and car plan reviews•        Responds to caregivers on concerns with participants•        Participates as an active members of the BCS management team•        Serves as clinical liaison with long-term care and assisted living facilitiesEducation, Experience•        5+ years in clinical nursing; exp with elderly and adult disabled persons in a day center or long-term care facility•        Minimum 1 year as Asst.
