Flexible Schedule Required including Evenings and Weekends.
BASIC FUNCTION: This position coordinates the delivery of services and provides therapeutic interventions to severe behavior/emotionally disturbed
children ages 5-21 years old in Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
¨ Assessment of needs.
¨ Weekly home visits.
¨ Monitoring services.
¨ Attend court hearings and school meetings.
``Completion of extensive paperwork.
QUALIFICATIONS:
¨ Master of Social Work degree, MSW LMSW preferred.
``Computer literate
¨ Valid New York State Driver’s License preferred
``Bilingual Spanish preferred.
``Ability to work flexible schedule
