Holistic Medical Office is seeking an energetic front/back office assistant with Holistic or Homeopathic experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
» Phlebotomy certification with AMT or ASPT is required. Candidates without the appropriate certification will not be considered. Certifications from other organizations may be accepted depending on the certification.
» Both front and back office experience. Back office experience must include Phlebotomy experience.
» Must have experience in a Holistic or Homeopathic Medical Office.
» Stable job history.
» An understanding that the position is a part-time position until a full-time position becomes available.
» Must be punctual and reliable.
» Be able to pass a written and hands-on competency test to evaluate skills.
» Able to answer a multi-line phone system while checking patients in and out, receiving payments, and assisting the Physician and Clinic Director as needed.
» Must be comfortable using a computer with various programs that are used in daily activities.
» It is preferred, but not required, that the candidate has experience mixing IV medications.
» Reliable transportation is required as our patients depend on us being at work.
» The perfect canidate will be at work on time, give their full effort 100% of the time, not ask to leave early on a regular basis and understand that we are here to help others.
» Last but not least, the perfect candidate must be very relaxed, centered, clear, organized, happy and professional. Good work and personal ethics a big plus! =)
