Full-time Testing Technologist (Austin)- Graveyard Shift (216990-052) - Austin, TX 78744

This is a graveyard shift with the following hours of work: 10pm-6:30am, Sunday through ThursdayPerforms high volume laboratory testing on source plasma and serum. Includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.1. Accurately and consistently perform assigned laboratory test procedures as outlined in established procedures.2. Identify instrument errors and testing inconsistencies.3. Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration according to established schedules and procedures.4. Review department generated test results according to established guidelines.5. Accurately and consistently complete the detailed documentation as required by regulatory agencies and established procedures.Required Skills:Certified Medical Technologist or equivalent; or certified Medical TechnicianExperience Required:Certified Medical Technologist or equivalent; or certified Medical Technician or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience performing high complexity testing. Speak, read and write English. Effective phone and interpersonal communication skills.
