30 Physician OBGYN practice in Medical Center is looking for a Patient Service Rep. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. The PSR will be responsible for greeting patients in a prompt and courteous manner. Will also check patient in/out assuring smooth patient flow. Will verify all demographic and insurance information, answer phones and other duties as directed by supervisor. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a medical office environment with similar duties. Must be familiar with CPT’S and ICD-9 coding standards.After 90 days; Medical, Dental, Pre-tax payroll deductions, Life and AD&D insurance, holidays, PTO (1 week per year for p/t employee), Sick leave (24 hours per year), 401K (match 50% up to 2%), group disability, Continuing Ed, uniforms paid for (4 sets after 90 days), free parking, 20% off Aesthetic and Laser Center.The PSR will be responsible for greeting patients in a prompt and courteous manner.
