Houston Texas’ most revolutionary surgical OR company is looking for a Data Entry Rep. Must have at least one year of data entry experience.  Medisoft and Excel experience required. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.Data Entry Specialist coordinates the insurance billing process by performing the following duties.Enter all information from face sheet(s) the Surgical Assistant(s) turn in, into the registration system accurately. Currently, responsible for acquiring online operative reports from Methodist and St. Luke's.Prepare claim status forms for coding department. Any and all duties requested by administration.Enter patient demographics as needed into company billing software accurately and efficiently. Assist Business Office Manager in billing and data entry duties as assigned.Qualifications: Must have at least one year of data entry experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as computer operator instructions, procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of the organization.Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as balances, interest, percentages, in high volumes accurately. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, type efficiently and accurately, as well as compute figures utilizing a calculator. Accounting software, general ledger, accounts receivable, Internet software, E-mail, Database software. Light typing,  10 key calculator.
