Ability to present proposals, execute testing sessions and conduct meetings.Willingness to learn progress and grow within the company.Feel comfortable with being part of a global and international organization, assuming the local needs/requirements need to be aligned with the global IT strategy.Job Responsibilities:  We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to be part of our growing Plasma group, to work as QA / Software Test Manager in our system development project.  He/she will be a member of the team on charge of developing the US Systems integration and User Acceptance test strategy, supervise the US testing scenarios and testing execution results. He/she will be also in contact with the user community in our facilities located in Los Angeles, and responsible for providing support for the testing and integration activities. The role of the software test manager or test lead is to effectively lead the testing team and activities. To fulfill this role, the lead must understand the discipline of testing and how to effectively implement a testing process while fulfilling the traditional leadership roles of a manager. That involves creating a test infrastructure that supports robust communication and a cost-effective testing framework.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Define and implement the role testing plays within the projectUnderstand Plasma Collection processes within scope.Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.Ability to translate business requirements into testable scenarios.Deploy and manage the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate. Prepare Test Plan design aligned with the Plasma business requirements.Create Test Execution; US SIT Adaptation & US Integration Reports.Perform US Systems impact evaluation, integration testing and closure plan. User Acceptance Test preparation and execution. Create/support Key Users in developing UAT Test Cases.Managing skills to lead and support users during UAT.Ensure software quality and requirements are met for each release.Managing and growing testing assets required for meeting the testing mandate: Team members Testing tools and processesOrganize, coordinate and track US testing activities and workshops.Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement/release.Communication with the business / functional analysts and testing team in the US / Spain.Accurately document, track and escalate testing incidents/bug tracking solutions in the tracking system.
