Histology Tech with a minimum of two years experience is needed for a lab in Houston. This position is Monday - Friday 10:00A - 6:30P . We have been working with this premiere client for over 3 years. Contract position with the history of the contracts being ongoing.Performs technical duties related to production of histolopathological slides. Researches, troubleshoots, and resolves histology related inquiries and problems within the laboratory.  Administrative: Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications. License/Certification/Education: Normally requires an Bachelor’s Degree w/1-3 years of experience in Histology and meet all licenses necessary for Histology or Associates Degree with 5+ years experience.Normally requires an Bachelor’s Degree w/1-3 years of experience in Histology and meet all licenses necessary for Histology or Associates Degree with 5+ years experience.  Must be licensed Histotech.
