Urgently seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our client's Beaumont, TX clinic. This clinic provides care primarily to medically indigent women and families.  Services include prenatal care, family planning and screening services for older women.  Salary based on experience.  Relocation assistance up to 10 percent of base salary.  Hours:   Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Minimum Requirements: •        Master’s Degree in Nursing•        Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Midwife Certification•        1 year of Women’s Health experience or OB/GYN experienceSpecific Job Related Duties:•        Provides primary health care to the patient/family throughout the life span. •        Uses the processes of assessment, diagnosis, management, and evaluation to provide care that integrates the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient/family.  •        Establishes a therapeutic relationship with the client/family. •        Plans, develops, coordinates, and provides appropriate health education and counseling in response to patient needs.  •        Contributes to the advancement of his/her profession, the evolving role, and to practice. •        Seeks to ensure high quality care within the RMCHP.  •        Demonstrates leadership skills in achieving improved outcomes for all clients/families.•        Responsible for the health care provided to the patient/family. •        Utilizes age specific developmental principles when providing care.  •        Acts as role model for clinic staff.  •        Demonstrates principles of service in patient/family and staff interactions. Preferred License/Certificate:WHCNP (Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner), CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife), or FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner)Preferred Language Proficiency: Spanish and English fluency.
