Hospitalist – Southern California/One hour east of Los Angeles/NO CALL TIME!Practice at one of the “Top 100” hospitals in the nation•        Salaried / Employed position + Production Compensation Bonus•        $160,000 base salary•        Production Compensation bonuses based on productivity and quarterly reviews•        Predictable M-F, 8-5 schedule will have you home for dinner!•        NO NIGHT SHIFTS – NO WEEKEND WORK•        There are admitting hospitalists who work in the ER from 11am-Midnight shift•        No call during the week, but Hospitalists are expected to take call one weekend (Sat/Sun) out of the month•        Hospitalist see an average of 12-15 patients per day•        Benefits include Health insurance (for both physician and family), Dental, Life Insurance, Malpractice, 401k Retirement, 17 days PTO, 5 days CME•        Considering internal medicine trained; experience in critical care and pulmonology is a plus since most admissions come through the ER•        Work closely with well-respected physicians  Great Southern California location, with easy access to …•        Los Angeles – One (1) hour•        Big Bear Mountain and snow skiing - 30 minutes•        Coastal, beach towns and Orange County - 1 ½ hours•        Las Vegas – Two (2) hours•        Sunshine 350 days out of the year – No humidity•        Low cost of living in comparison to many other Southern California communities  •        All homes in one city is required to be built on ½ acre•        Large community of 450,000+ people•        ½ acre homes and homes on the Lake can be found•        Three (3) huge outlet malls within one (1) hour, with high end stores•        Numerous outdoor activities, to include boating, snow skiing, hiking, bikingHOS 171740
