Family practice that has 4 active clinics is looking for an MA with OBGYN experience and strong phlebotomy skills. Prefer bilingual (Spanish/English; read, write, speak), BUT not required. MA must have some experience with OBGYN to include treating pregnant (prenatal) patients, or doing gyn procedures such as colpos, cryo, LEEP. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. MA will be assisting Dr with paps, doing phlebotomy, giving injections and vitals. MA must have at least 1 yr OB (pregnant patients) or GYN (cryo, LEEP,colpo) exp.Benefits when hired directly:Paid Holidays - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thursdayand Friday of Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, The day afterChristmas, and New Year's EvePTO - 128 hours of PTO a year, accumulated biweekly, for the first 2 yearsof employment, with increases thereafter.Medical Insurance - Paid medical insurance (excluding deductibles & copays)for the employee.  Currently Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  Employee has option tobuy in for family.401K - Matching of up to 3% of salary, with an annual 20% step up vesting.Paid CEUs - Up to $20/per CEU required during the licensure period.No weekends.Must be an MA with experience in the back office. Must be able to do blood draws, give injections and assist with PAP smears and do vital signs. Phlebotomy is 75% of the job so they must be strong.  Must have at least 6 months in a clinic (ambulatory, outpatient, family practice, pediatrics).MA must have at least 1 yr OB (pregnant patients) or GYN (cryo, LEEP,colpo) exp.
