Surgery Center/Hospital (Inpatient and Outpatient) in Kingwood is looking for a Billing/Collections Supervisor. This person will be supervising anywhere from 4-6 Billing and Collections staff and reporting to the CFO. Must be very strong in insurance collections and have some billing as well. Must have at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience. Collections experience can be hospital, surgery center or physician collections. Must have at least 5 years collections experience with Insurance company collections and highly prefer Medicare and Medicaid. Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm, can be flexible on hours if need be. This position could lead into a Business Office Manager position.Benefits if position turns direct hire: 401K with 50% match up to 3%, PTO (2 weeks) and holidays, Medical ($30/2 weeks for single), Dental, Vision.Must be very strong in insurance collections and have some billing as well.
