We are interested in expanding our recruiting team and have begun recruiting for a Clinical Recruiter position. Position Highlights: - Developing and implementing recruiting strategies and advertising campaigns to achieve required clinical staffing levels. Creative ability is encouraged.- Completing first round interviews for clinical staff at a clinic in the region where the applicant is interested in working within- Attending recruiting events including career fairs, association tradeshows and social/networking events- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with colleges, universities and the community as a source for generating qualified applicants- Researching, analyzing, preparing and presenting hiring statistics for clinical operations recruitment meetings Preferred Candidate Qualities:- Preferred candidate will have a minimum of one years' experience recruiting in the healthcare industry- Superior oral and written communication and commitment to provide thorough follow-up- Meticulous organizer and strong ability to manage multiple priorities- Strong computer skills Position Requirements:- The clinical recruiter will be required to travel approximately over 50% of the time for interviews and career fairs- Evening and weekend hours are required as necessary for interviews, events, and candidate communication If you would like to learn more about this exciting opportunity within ATI apply directly on our website at atipt.com.
