Clinical Pharmacist job in Memphis, Tennessee. Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy support as a part of the provision of pharmaceutical care. This support includes providing drug information to healthcare providers and patients; representing pharmacy on committees; coordinating data collection, evaluation, and trending of clinical pharmacy data; completing patient consults from healthcare providers; assisting in the distribution process as appropriate; and performing duties to support regulatory and patient safety issues.
