Cardiology Clinical Pharmacist job in Memphis, Tennessee. Pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy support as a part of the provision of pharmaceutical care. This support includes providing drug information to healthcare providers and patients; representing pharmacy on committees; coordinating data collection, evaluation, and trending of clinical pharmacy data; completing patient consults from healthcare providers; assisting in the distribution process as appropriate; and performing duties to support regulatory and patient safety issues. Will look at PGY1 and PGY2 residents. Day shift includes rotating weekends. Two evening shifts every six weeks in staffing role. Position will focus on cardiac units.
