Position Purpose: Lead and direct process improvement activities that provide more efficient and streamlined workflow. Knowledge/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other clinical degree. Five plus years of experience in healthcare operations. Masters’ Degree preferred. Competencies: Manager: Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, Critical Thinking, Building a Successful Team, Decision Making, Planning and Organizing, Building Strategic Working Relationships, Technical and Professional Knowledge Position Responsibilities: • Research and incorporate best practices into operations. • Organize and control activities, methods, and procedures to achieve business objectives. • Formulate and establish policies, operating procedures, and goals in compliance with internal and external guidelines. • Review and implement new technological tools and processes and fosters team concept with internal and external constituencies. • Present results of improvement efforts and ongoing performance measures to senior management. License/Certificates: Current Registered Nursing License required. Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred.
