Business Office Director needed for a small, acute care hospital in Washington state, near Seattle. The hospital is a community based, non-profit medical center. Position will be responsible for and need a strong understanding of medical billing, revenue cycle operations, collections, planning, and staff supervision. Excellent follow-through and a visible management style are important. Prior hospital experience and management of 10+ employees is required. This position will report to the CFO. Position offers a salary range of $75-100+/year) and excellent benefits. Relocation assistance may be available.
