Director of Hospital Risk Management needed for general acute care hospital within easy driving distance from Memphis, Tn.Candidates must have at least 5+ years of current hospital Risk Management, strong legal background, compliance, including the functions of clinical risk management, claims management, program administration and risk management education for the facility with the goal of protecting the institution from fortuitous loss.  The Risk Manager is responsible for risk management activities which include but may not be limited to coordinating those systems necessary for identification, evaluation, monitoring, reduction and/or elimination of professional and general liability risk exposures.  The Risk Manager provides counseling and education to the Director of Quality Resource Management, senior leadership, clinical personnel, board of trustees and medical staff members related to the risk management day-to-day operations, managing and analyzing risk management data, risk exposures including risk prevention and risk reduction.  The Risk Manager advises leadership on compliance with risk management related standards, i.e., Joint Commission,etc.excellent compensation and benefits with relocation allowance.No fees to applicants, pls. submit a resume/CV for consideration.
