Registered Nurse Penn Senior Care is currently recruiting for Registered Nurses to join their staff. The RN position is located in Bucks county, PA. The Registered Nurse in Home Health renders professional nursing care to patients in their home by assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating home nursing care needs of assigned patients. Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Makes the initial nursing evaluation visit. Continually evaluates the patient's nursing needs. Participates in nursing report. Responsible for patient recertification for home care services. Prepares reports and documentation.
