Regional Director of Business Development position for a National specialty hospital company needed for a Houston based facility. Responsible for providing marketing assistance and direction to the Directors of Business Development in an assigned territory of hospitals for the purpose of maintaining census as well as to the overall management of the business development staff. Responsible for the oversight of the implementation, all Professional Relations tracking systems, the intake process, community education, and the hospital's marketing plan. Also responsible for continuous growth of referrals. Maintains positive and effective working relationships with both the hospital and in the community. Reports to Corporate VP of Business Development with accountability to the regional VP of Ops in the assigned territory. Successful candidate will have a clinical background, RN, with BSN or BS in Marketing are strongly preferred.
