Healthcare organization in Mason, Ohio seeks an experienced Director of Regulatory Policy and Privacy. Responsible for Training and Policy Compliance for the Senior Business. Oversees the team responsible for Policies and Procedures, Compliance Training, CMS Privacy Breach Notices and Security and the Regulatory Integration process. Responsible for creating and maintaining a document repository for all policies and procedures needed to support a compliant environment within Senior Business, including working with the functional areas to update and ensure accessibility. Provides planning, reporting and budgeting in the preparation and development of ongoing training needs of associates. Interaction with  business and functional leadership to ensure policies and procedures are compliant, current, comprehensive and accessible to all associates in Senior Business. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Requires a BA/BS in a related field, 7-10 years of leadership experience in legal, audit, compliance, training, or related area; experience with Medicare Parts C and D, or other Medicare-related business working directly with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services CMS or other government agencies, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Limited travel. This Director will have four direct reports. Excellent starting salary and benefits plus relocation assistance.  Bonus eligible.
