Program Manager, Audiology needed for major Columbus, Ohio hospital. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations involved in the planning, coordination, and provision of the Audiology departments clinical services including being a liaison. Directs a team of audiologists and support staff to ensure assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of patient care, meet standards established by the hospital and external regulatory agencies. Provides leadership by communicating goals and strategies, providing direction and priorities and promoting enthusiasm and support. Demonstrates competencies in Program Manager responsibilities in providing age-appropriate and developmentally-appropriate care to patients from the age of birth through 21 years and select adult patients. The Audiology Program Manager supports, communicates, implements, and enforces the philosophy, mission, values, standards, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the Department of Audiology. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Current licensure as required by professional discipline. Masters Degree is required, Doctorate is preferred. Work requires a level of knowledge equivalent to that obtained by completing a masters degree program in audiology, hospital administration, business administration, or applicable experience. Three-five years of clinical experience in area of expertise is desirable. The salary is open and dependent upon experience and education. Full benefits and relocation are provided.
