Position Title:  Informatics InternScope of Position (Principle Duties):1.  Supports the mission, philosophy and goals of CMMC.2.  Abides by the rules and standards that are set by and govern CMMC.3.  Demonstrated core competency in written, computer (to include Microsoft work, PowerPoint, and excel), and verbal skills.4.  Demonstrates understanding of data collection and analysis.5.  Demonstrates knowledge in the implementation of software and hardware6.  Demonstrates the understanding of process improvement and workflow design7.  Assumes responsibility for personal and professional growth and development.8.  Assists in the care and maintenance of the organization’s HCIS9.  Assists other members of the Informatics staff to ensure even distribution of workload and shares in tasks as assigned.10. Performs other duties as requested or assigned.Experience Required:  Academic; Clinical/Ancillary Experience; Experience with Meditech or other similar application as an end user or super user; End user education/training planning and execution is required.Education Needed:  High School Diploma or HigherSkills Needed:•  Confidentiality:  Continuous exposure and access to confidential information with high degree of responsibility for maintaining confidentiality•  Safety:  Adherence to standard safety measures and precautions necessary to prevent injury and/or illnesses.•  Initiative:  Highly involved and complex.  Requires the use of outstanding initiative and ingenuity to work as a team member toward ultimate objectives.  •  Judgment: Highly involved and complex.  Requires the use of outstanding judgment to work as a team member toward ultimate objectives.•  General Learning:  Must be able to interpret written communications and apply general information to the specific needs of CMMC.  Must interpret written and oral instructions and respond thereto.  Must have analytical and problem solving skills.•  Numerical Skills:  Must have high degree of ability in mechanical and interpretive numerical skills for statistical accumulation and interpretation.•  Human Interaction:  Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work harmoniously with members of the staff.  Should promote relationships as exemplified by the philosophy of CMMC.  Requires ability to handle complaints satisfactorily.  Must exercise tact, diplomacy and judgment to maintain good will.
