Clinical Pharmacist job in Nevada. Seeking Pharmacist with current acute care experience, five years of clinical pharmacy practice. Board certified in Pharmacotherapy or other clinical specialty strongly preferred. Pay range is 134K-147K and based on years of experience as a Pharmacist. Schedule is Monday-Friday with management responsibilities of 20 FTEs. Must be a graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education ACPE leading to a Bachelor of Science or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy. Completion of an accredited residency program or Pharm.D with a minimum of three years clinical pharmacy practice in a predominantly collaborative pharmacotherapy setting is required or B.S. of Pharmacy with a minimum of five years clinical pharmacy practice in a predominantly collaborative pharmacotherapy setting is required. Current board certification in Pharmacotherapy or other clinical specialties preferred. Prior experience providing pharmacotherapy in a collaborative institutional setting required. Prior experience providing education/instruction to health care professionals required. Current NV license to practice pharmacy or eligibility required.
