41639 Radiology Engineering SpecialistSALARY OPEN – WILL RELOCATEREQUIRED1.  Associates Degree or greater in Electronics or similar. 2.  5 + years in radiology / imaging equipment service in hospitals. 3.  3+ years in specialized diagnostic imaging modality (CT, MRI, Cath Lab, Angiography, Nuclear Medicine, Digital Radiography etc..). 4.  240 hours of Modality Specific Training.  5.  Phillips Medical Systems equipment experience is a plus.Large Hospital and Medical Center System in North Carolina  needS someone with solid radiology / imaging equipment service experience working for a hospital or med center, not going to them as clients.  Working for the hospital or med center is the key along with some Phillips equipment experience being very desirable. Position Information THE RADIOLOGY ENGINEERING SPECIALIST DEMONSTRATES PROFICIENCY AND  VERSATILITY IN THE MAINTENANCE OF A WIDE RANGE OF MEDICAL IMAGING EQUIPMENT AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS. FURTHER MORE, HE/SHE HAS RECEIVED SPECIALIZED TRAINING AND DEVELOPED EXPERTISE WITHIN A PARTICULAR FIELD OR IMAGING MODALITY.  THE SPECIALIST SERVES AS THE PRIMARY TECHNICAL RESOURCE FOR THAT MODALITY, WHILE CONTINUING TO SERVICE AND SUPPORT OTHER SYSTEMS AS NEEDED.
