300-bed hospital in northern Georgia is seeking an RN Director of Behavioral Health. This is a new adult Behavioral Health Unit. There are no peds or geriatrics. There are 20 FTEs, including a Clinical Supervisor, RNs, and Mental Health techs. The position reports to the CNO. Qualifications include: RN with minimum 8 years experience in psych; at least 5 years proven track record in managing a psych unit; MSN in Psychiatric nursing required, or to be completed within 1 year. The salary range is $80K to $100K plus relocation assistance.
