Medical HR LLC is currently seeking experienced “Healthcare Staffing Professionals” with a proven track record to serve as a Business Development Managers (BDM’S) working remotely while managing key territories in nationwide locations.The ideal candidate is assertive and driven, and has exceptional oral and written communication skills. As a Medical HR Healthcare BDM, you will be responsible for managing a multi-state territory and calling on healthcare facilities in various nationwide locations. You will focus on selling innovative staffing solutions to decision-makers within healthcare facilities. You must be results oriented, self motivated and highly driven by both financial and career opportunities. Average turnaround for internal promotion opportunity is 6-12 months.The person(s) in this role will spend a large amount of time building their target universe by making phone calls, sending emails, and setting conference call meetings with C-level, and other decision makers within physician/RN services sector.  BDM’s are responsible for hitting specific call targets, attendance at industry networking & educational events, and generation of new job orders for contract and direct hire needs. BDM’s are also responsible for on-going management of the client relationships, ensuring effective communication, client satisfaction, problem resolution, and maximum client and business opportunity penetration. The individual in this role will work closely with a committed, dedicated team of recruiters. Professional communication, problem solving, business updates, and strategic thinking are a team expectation. The position’s accountabilities include meeting goals for new job orders generated, net contract and direct hire placements monthly, revenue, and gross profit on a monthly basis, in addition to the development and implementation of all marketing strategies and tactics necessary to maximize Medical HR’s Healthcare services . • Proactively develop new accounts with a diverse client mix within the healthcare field (Hospitals, private practices,, insurance companies, etc.). • Develop proposals, respond to RFP's and negotiate contract terms with new clients. • Facilitate transition and ongoing development of new client accounts. • Re-activate “dormant” accounts where MHR has previously been a staffing provider. • Penetrate new accounts to identify all potential staffing opportunities. • Identify staffing opportunities for additional business lines. • Develop relationships with “C” level contacts to promote alternative “solutions” to client issues.Skills• BS/BA required • 5 years minimum experience in a consultative sales environment required • High level sales and multi-state experience strongly preferred. • Staffing Sales experience a plus. • Strong communication/phone skills • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales quotas • Ability to build internal and external relationshipsQualified candidates only please submit resume with cover letter to DannyG@MedicalHR.net Attn: Danny Goldberg Please note: Will train the right individualsVisit us on the world wide web at www.MedicalHR.net
