Responsibilities:Process all new and refill prescriptions. Open orders as needed, verify eligibility, proof and input prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.  Document correspondence and follow up in system.  Prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to supervisor.Open orders as needed, verify eligibility, proof and input prescriptions following procedures while maintaining productivity and quality standards.  Forward incomplete or rejected scripts to appropriate department for resolution and track status in the system.Initiate and document correspondence and follow up in system.  Log order status. Provide audit reports to management.Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisor to ensure that best-practices are shared.May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests.May provide backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels.Additional duties as assigned.This is an evening shift position.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentPharmacy Technician experience (externship okay), ability to read prescriptions and SIG codes Retail pharmacy experience preferredStrong data entry and 10-key skillsBasic math skills required P.C. literateStrong attention to detailGood organizational abilityAbility to work in fast-paced, production environmentWillingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
