Director of Rehabilitation Services job in Memphis, Tennessee. Plans, directs, administers, and supervises the work of Rehab Services function of the hospital. Responsibilities include strategic planning, developing, leadership and marketing of areas of responsibility including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, wound care, cardiac rehab and offsite outpatient rehab. Requires a person with leadership ability and is flexible in a multidisciplinary environment. Director is available for management responsibilities 24 hours per day and has high standards of commitment to the patient, staff, hospital, and community. Requirements Education: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy; also a through understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline and the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Masters degree preferred. Experience: Four years minimum experience, with 2-4 years management experience. Professional Requirement: State of Tennessee PT License or eligible.
