Dialysis facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks a Facility Administrator. Responsible for the supervision, direction, and organization of all dialysis staff. Interprets policies and procedures, philosophy and standards of care. Plans for overall staffing of unit. Train and evaluate staff members. Resolve staff issues and concerns. Inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment. Participates in intake evaluation and selection committee decision of all new patients. Ensures quality patient care. Oversees research, development, testing and evaluation of dialysis equipment and procedures. Maintains a safe environment for patients and staff. Bachelors degree with 2 years administration or supervision experience within a healthcare environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current license as an RN in the state of OH required. Minimum of 1 year experience in dialysis. Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to function in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Some knowledge of budgets and P and L proficiency. Competitive salary and benefits.
