St. Ann’s Community is seeking full time R.N. Nurse Managers for their Rochester, NY location. As a Nurse Manager in the St. Ann’s Nursing Department, this individual has overall responsibility for providing excellent resident/patient care on his/her unit. This individual creates a productive, supportive and satisfying environment for both residents/patients and staff and is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the overall operation of unit or units for twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
