A nine Physician internal medicine practice in the Medical Center is looking for a Internal Medicine/Family Practice or Med Surg LVN. Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (sometimes clinic will run a little later than 5:00pm so must be willing to stay when busy). LVN must have Internal medicine, family practice, or Med Surg experience. This person will be taking manual vitals, phone triage, injections, immunizations, phlebotomy, EKG's, charting and must have computer skills. There is a lot of triage experience.Must have at least 2 years experience as an LVN. LVN must be up to par with Internal Medicine drugs and generics for diabetes, anxiety, blood pressure medicines, pain and cardiac drugs. This LVN will be a floater and helping different Physicians.  Dr.'s see anywhere from 10-20 patients per day. Clinic is very busy so must be used to a fast paced environment. LVN has to be assertive and a self-starter. Benefits: After 90 days, medical, dental and vision. PTO and holiday's off. Free parking from day one.
