Large Medical Center downtown is looking for a Certified Medical Coder. Must have RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification. Must have NO LESS than 3 years years of coding experience and Coder MUST have hospital coding experience (inpatient and/or outpatient). Highly prefer with acute care coding experience. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (can be flexible with day hours and days i.e. Tues-Sat, etc...). No billing experience required. Person will strictly be coding. Coder will have to take a Coding Assessment and must be able to pass to be considered. Assessment is 45minutes to an hour long.Must have RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification.
