A 2-Physician Oncology practice, established in 1984, is looking for a Bilingual Certified/Registered Medical Assistant. The practice specializes in chemotherapy, biologic therapies, hydration, targeted therapies, and maintains a CLIA certified laboratory. This MA must be nationally certified, but does not have to be bilingual. Bilingual highly preferred, but not required like the Certification.MA must have some insurance verification experience and authorizations. Must also be able to room patients and take MANUAL vital signs. Medical Manager experience a plus. This position will be mainly front desk with some back office. Must be okay with a faster paced environment. Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm. MA must be certified/registered. Clinic does anywhere from 4-8 chemo treatments per day. Must be able to take manual vitals.Benefits as an employee include holidays, PTO (accrued), Medical ($50/month), disability, pension and profit sharing plan.MA must have some insurance verification experience and authorizations.
