Houston Texas' most revolutionary surgical OR company is looking for a Medical High Dollar, Out of network Collector. Must have excellent communication/negotiation skills, discrepancies/issues with patient billing, coding, writing production logs, etc. Must have appeals experience and at least 4 years of collections experience, with at least 3 years of recent out of network collections experience. This collector will start off doing initial claims status calls and must be able to do 40 initial claim calls in the morning and then switch to doing write off's and assisting with 3rd level appeals in the afternoon. Must be strong with initial claim status calls, as well as write off's and appeals. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. This person has to have experience doing appeals for non-participating providers. They must have experience doing high dollar collections. Collector must be very aggressive and work well under pressure. They are out of network and Collector has to have experience in negotiating prompt payment discounts and working appeals and not just writing them off. Must work well with hitting quota's (bringing in a minimum of 20-40K per week and minimum of 28 accounts per day).Benefits if/when position goes direct include PTO and 70% paid medical. Medical benefits are paid after 90 days as a direct employee.Must have excellent communication/negotiation skills, discrepancies/issues with patient billing, coding, writing production logs, etc. Must have STRONG appeals experience and at least 4 years of collections experience, with at least 3 years recent experience in out of network collections. This person has to have experience doing appeals for non-participating providers. Must have experience doing 3rd level appeals and initial claim status. They are out of  network and Collector has to have experience in negotiating prompt payment discounts and working appeals and not just writing them off. Must work well with hitting quota's (bringing in a minimum of 20-40K per week and minimum of 28 accounts per day).
