A private Oncology practice with a renowned Dr. is looking for an Oncology/Chemo RN that has experience with MIXING CHEMO. The RN will be mixing chemo in the morning and helping the other Oncology RN as needed with clinic and administering chemo. The RN would also be relieving on the weekends (must be open to working weekends). On the weekend they do not do a lot of chemo, maybe a disconnect or fluids.This position will be full time, Monday through Friday and then some weekends as well. The Saturday and Sunday shift is 2-4 hours in the morning. RN needs at least one year of Oncology/Chemo experience as well as a year of mixing chemo experience. Oncology and hands on Chemo mixing experience is required.  RN should be experienced with administering chemo drugs, accessing ports, mixing chemo and familiar with chemo drugs. Highly prefer a lot of central line experience. Must be a registered nurse, licensed in Texas and prefer experience with accessing ports.This is a private smaller clinic. Office has about 9-10 employees and this nurse would be working with 2 other nurses. This practice mainly deals with lymphoma, colon, breast and lung cancers. 5-6 chemo patients a day, with 20 patients total.Candidate is eligible for benefits after 60 days of permanent employment (100% medical, PTO and profit sharing).Must be a licensed RN in the state of Texas. Need at least one year of Oncology/Chemo experience with chemo mixing. Oncology and hands on Chemo experience and mixing experience required.  Prefer central line experience.
